Our client needed a solution to address an inefficient Portfolio and Project Management process. Poor organizational alignment, lack of continuity between the business and IT and poor estimation and delivery management, was resulting in a growing backlog of projects.
Solution:
Bridge created a road map and implemented a repeatable Portfolio Management and Project Delivery Processes that helped our client to achieve next level in IT Maturity Process. Bridge worked with the IT and Application Support Group to create an Organizational Model, project time estimation approach, project resourcing and tracking approach, efficiency improvement and helped to define the Optimal Sourcing Model project management processes and planning.
