Medical Coverage

Within the New England States
All full-time salaried and hourly W2 employees of Bridge based within the New England states are eligible for HMO Blue New England’s ‘Enhanced Value’ plan.
Outside the New England States
All full-time salaried and hourly W2 employees of Bridge based outside of the New England states are eligible for the Blue Care Elect Preferred 80 PPO plan.
Dental Coverage (National)
Bridge offers dental coverage nationally through Delta Dental Insurance. Delta is ranked number 1 in the country by both Dental Insurance Reviewer and Benefits Selling magazine.
All full-time salaried and hourly W2 employees of Bridge are eligible for the Delta Premier National Coverage plan.
Retirement/ 401k Plan
Bridge offers a 401K Retirement plan to all eligible current full-time and hourly w2 employees. This plan is offered through The Guardian Insurance and Annuity Company. Please contact us for more details about eligibility.
Direct Deposit
Bridge pays on a bi-weekly schedule and Direct Deposit is available.
